Visiting Angels is the nation's leading, nationally respected network of non-medical, private duty home care agencies providing senior care, elder care, personal care, respite care and companion care to help the elderly and adults continue to live in their homes. Each Visiting Angels agency is independently owned and operated. The Franchisor, Living Assistance Services, Inc., does not control or manage the day-to-day business operations of any Visiting Angels franchised agency.


Visiting Angels of West Michigan has been serving West Michigan residents under the directorship of Trish Borgdorff, LMSW, ACSW since August 2003. We have been privileged to journey with over 1000 families in their commitment to honor their loved ones. Our commitment remains to provide assisted independence related to the specific needs that arise for each Client. Caregivers are available 24 hours a day to meet those needs. Our rates are competitive and reflect the superior care we provide.

When Trish was working in the church she observed both people with many needs and many people wanting to meet those needs. She also noticed a lack of a strong bridge to connect them. While working with hospice, Trish witnessed a great value for the quality of life - at the end of life. Visiting Angels of West Michigan was borne out of Trish's vision to create that bridge between people with needs and those with the desire to serve. That vision is fueled by her passion for quality of life - at all stages of life. She leads an office staff and a team of Caregivers who desire to honor the individual and encourage those precious moments of quality by walking along those in need.
