At Visiting Angels we strive to assist those we serve to live an abundant life while doing all we can to maintain their dignity and independence. As we carry out our mission statement, we seek caregivers who are willing and able to deliver our 5 principles of excellent care before we consider them for employment. We are looking for caregivers who are excellent as opposed to average and able to make a connection while maintaining professional boundaries. We seek individuals who can be perfectly dependable, choose to practice compassion, and work with the highest of integrity. As we practice these 5 principles, we believe our clients will feel supported and safe. If you can be this type of caregiver, we welcome you to stop in our office and complete an application.
Applicants are welcome in our office Monday through Friday from 10am-3pm. See our contact information for office location. If we believe your skills and availability would be a good match for the clients we serve, we will invite you to continue the application process by completing a phone interview, in-office interview, and a three hour orientation. Visiting Angels completes a criminal background check, driving record check, and reference checks for potential employees. Caregivers are required to complete annual TB testing.
